Include the email address on your account, your device type, app version if known, screenshots if useful, and a clear description of what happened.

Response time

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Account deletion and verified privacy requests are completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

Account help

  • For login or profile issues, include the email address or username connected to your Nashville EDM account.
  • For saved event, follow, or RSVP issues, include the event, artist, or venue name.
  • To delete your account and associated app data, use the Delete Account page.

Event and listing updates

If an event time, venue, artist lineup, ticket link, age restriction, cancellation, or accessibility detail is wrong, email us with the event name and the corrected information. For urgent event-day corrections, include "urgent correction" in the subject line.

For safety, abuse, infringement, privacy, or legal concerns, email hello@nashvilleedm.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We may ask for verification before taking action on account or data requests.
